The Community Wellbeing & Employment Pathway (CWEP) has been established to support individuals aged 25+ from Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil, Neath Port Talbot and Rhondda Cynon Taf to improve their health and wellbeing, develop new employability skills, map out clear employment pathways, achieve accredited qualifications and positively progress into job search, volunteering opportunities and full-time employment.
Supported by European Funding, CWEP will support those who are long-term unemployed and negatively impacted by COVID-19 to increase their opportunities to move closer towards accessing employment and further learning through a clear pathway of skill development, wellbeing support and employment guidance.
Participants will be supported to access our other projects, such as the Community Legacy Project, meaning they can improve their health and wellbeing, improve their confidence and develop new skills, whilst being supported to access employment by our dedicated Engagement & Wellbeing Officer.
If you’re interested in hearing more, pleas get in touch with Jade Davies who can talk you through the eligibility criteria and next steps on 07487 597609 or info@the-cii.org.
