If you’re interested in learning new skills that could lead to employment or allow you to maintain your own home, whilst building your confidence and self-esteem, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Community Legacy Project invites unemployed and socially inactive people aged 25+ of any gender, ability and background to improve their health and wellbeing, learn new skills and gain the confidence to pursue employment. Skills are taught in an active
learning environment through the renovation of actual properties across South Wales,
providing participants with the skills, experience and qualifications required to make positive life improvements.
Our experienced skill development team will support you to learn new skills, improve your confidence and achieve accredited qualifications, including the L3 Emergency First Aid in the Workplace and the CSCS Card, whilst you will also receive tailored employment and wellbeing support designed to meet your needs. What’s more, this fully funded programme is designed to be flexible around your life and commitments.
This project is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and European Funding.
If you’re interested in referring individuals into our projects, would like to take part in a project or you are interested in learning more about our activities, please get in touch through our Contact page or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
As we close in on the completion of another empty property renovation, our participants are learning how to correctly tile.
This also supports the improvement of confidence, self-esteem and the willingness to ‘give things a go’!
Happy birthday and a huge thank you to the #NationalLottery from everyone at the Cii. We’re so grateful for the @TNLComFundWales’s support which has allowed us to help so many to improve their wellbeing and learn new skills, whilst regenerating our local communities. #ThankYou3
