The Community Impact Initiative has recently been successful in an application to the Big Lottery Wales to fund the innovative Community Legacy Project.
A three-year funded activity, the project will support marginalised individuals to develop a range of skills through the renovation of properties.

20 women accessed our Women Construct Wales project in Neath to learn new skills whilst an empty property was renovated and returned to the housing market.
