WE BELIEVE IN A FUTURE WHERE OUR COMMUNITIES THRIVE

we are an award-winning community interest company committed to the development, improvement, and sustainability of our communities.

Our projects bring community members together to combat a range of social issues through our property regeneration cycle.

We support people to improve their health and wellbeing, build their confidence and self-esteem, learn new skills, achieve qualifications, and make positive life improvements. Our support doesn’t discriminate – we focus on a person’s future, not their past.

We regenerate our physical communities, returning empty properties to the housing market providing an affordable and effective solution to the housing and empty property issues of Wales.

We provide housing options for those who find themselves vulnerable or unable to access the private rental market. All housing provided is to an excellent standard that meets both the needs of occupants and local authorities.

We provide work tasters and placements for people from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a stepping stone into sustainable and meaningful employment.

1. Property Puchase

Purchase long-term empty homes in communities affected by the housing crisis, high levels of poverty, unemployment, or social isolation.

2. Community Engagement

With each property regeneration, community members are supported to learn new skills, improve their wellbeing, gain qualifications, and access new opportunities.

3. Property Regeneration

Participants begin their learning journey, and with the support of skilled tutors, work together and learn the skills needed to regenerate a property. Throughout this stage, we work to ensure our projects have a sustained positive impact on the individuals, community and environment.

4. Return to Use

Once completed, properties are either sold, with all profits reinvested into our projects, or used in partnership with support agencies to provide rental opportunities.
